I really enjoyed meeting Dr. Trott and her staff.  Everyone was very nice and professional.  Dr. Trott was very knowledgeable, listened to your concerns, and made you feel comfortable. My experience was Wonderful from the initial phone call to when I walked out the door . Dr. Trott listened to me and didn’t rush me along. She has such a calming presence and just made me feel like I was right where I needed to be . It was very thorough and not just a one size fits all place . The whole office staff was kind as well . This review has been a long time coming. Everyone here at Juniper has been literally amazing!  That said, every.single.staff member at Juniper Allergy has been very welcoming since I transferred here. Honestly, out of all the doctors and medical facilities I have been a patient of (and I see quite a bit more doctors than your average person would), I could not think of a more welcoming place to be a patient other than Juniper Allergy. Edit: I do want to thank Dr. Trott for her advocacy of all her patients ... including myself here. She is one of the very few doctors who has shown exemplary compassion and empathy to provide the best service for her patients. I want to express that I would not be here today had I not received the type of care she has given me for my mast cell activation disorder. So to me she is the equivalent of a superhero. U simply LUV Juniper Allergy! When I first began attending, I thought it would be a miserable experience. Well, I was dead wrong! The employees were ALL so friendly, courteous, professional & extremely caring. They answer all my questions in a way that’s comprehensible. I consider my allergy injections “tender shots” that are improving my health. Thank you, Juniper!!
